We work on a first-come-first base service, so there is no need to worry about booking an appointment to get your bicycle repaired/serviced, all you need to do is bring your bicycle to our store and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you further. Usually, lead time is a few days and we will call you when your bicycle is ready for collection.

Electric Bike Servicing is only applicable to Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, and Sportsdrive motors. If your bicycle has got a different motor, then your bicycle would be a regular service.

Please Note: If the battery that is on your bike is not one of the brands that we work on, listed above, we kindly ask for you to remove the battery before it enters the workshop.

We can also collect and deliver bicycles for repair if you live local to the Basingstoke area, for this service there will be an additional surcharge added to your final bill.
