Whether you’re a regular cyclist or a fair-weather enthusiast, your bicycle needs regular TLC in order to keep it in tip-top condition. Here at The Cycle Emporium, we want to help keep you on the move, and that’s why we offer a range of bike servicing.

We work on a first-come-first base service, so there is no need to worry about booking an appointment to get your bicycle repaired/serviced, all you need to do is bring your bicycle to our store and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you further. Usually, lead time is a few days and we will call you when your bicycle is ready for collection.

If you are dropping off an electric bike that is not powered by Bosch, Shimano or Yamaha, we kindly ask that prior to coming to the store that the battery is removed, otherwise your bicycle may be refused upon entering the workshop.

We can also collect and deliver bicycles for repair if you live local to the Basingstoke area, for this service there will be an additional £10.00 surcharge added to your final bill.
