Do you buy bicycles?
We do not buy bicycles. We can accept them in trade in’s and we can also take them in as donations.
We can also recycle any unwanted bicycles.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we only deliver bicycles to Basingstoke and surrounding areas.
Do you sell accessories in your store, or is it just bicycles?
We also sell accessories! We have an extensive range of accessories ranging from tyres, bags, tools, helmets, and everything between!
How do I book my bicycle in for repair?
We work on a first-come-first base service, therefore you do not need to book your bicycle in with us. Simply, bring your bicycle to our store and a member of our team will be happy to assist you further. We ask that you leave your bicycle with us and we will call you when the work is completed, a timeframe should be given at the time of drop-off, however, typically, this is a few days.
Please note: The workshop is closed on a Sunday, therefore timeframes are excluding Sunday’s.
Can you collect and deliver bicycles that need servicing?
We can collect and deliver bicycles that need servicing! For this service, we are only able to offer it to Basingstoke and surrounding areas and the starting price is from £10.00. If this is a service you would like to proceed with, please either use the contact form above and send us over your name, address and a contact number and we will be back in contact with you to confirm a date and time for your collection. Alternatively, you can call the store phone number (01256 331444) and a member of our team will happily assist you further.
Does my new bike come with a service?
Yes it does; your new bicycle does come a free service after one month of purchase of any new bicycle.
Please bring your receipt with you when you drop your bicycle off to us for its free service as proof of purchase to avoid disappointment.
You do not need to pre-book your free service, simply pop the bicycle in to us and a member of our team will take your contact details and then one of our mechanics will give you a call once the service is complete.
*Please Note: All free services are available on NEW bikes only, and are only redeemable the month (four weeks), after purchasing.
For example: If you purchased your bike at the start of January, your free service will be for the beginning of February.*
